Products & Availability
All artwork offered on this site is created and released in limited editions. Availability is not guaranteed, and once an edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Images of artwork are presented as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or display settings.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in [USD] unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
Payments are processed securely through Squarespace’s integrated payment providers. I do not store or have access to your full payment information.
Orders & Fulfillment
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
Orders are packed with care and shipped within the timeframe noted at purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the limited and collectible nature of the artwork, refunds or returns are not accepted except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders. Please refer to the Refund Policy page for full details.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me and I will make reasonable efforts to assist.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, text, and content on this site are the intellectual property of James Smolko and are protected by copyright law.
Purchasing a print does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the artwork in any form.
Use of Website
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Any attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or security is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of artwork.
